Monika Kott

Monika is the Co-Founder and CEO of Neurolase. She is pioneering the future of brain technology. Her dedication is deeply personal, fuelled by a close relative's glioblastoma diagnosis, inspiring her to make advanced technology globally accessible and to prolong lives.

Monika's background includes M&A and healthcare consulting, with a decade of experience in various healthcare roles. She is well-connected, ambitious, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people and learning their stories.

Monika is now leading Neurolase into a new phase across two continents. Her leadership is evolving to encompass product development, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and global expansion.

Dr Babar Vaqas

Babar is a Consultant Neurosurgeon, Inventor, Co-Founder and CMO of Neurolase. His extensive background includes training at Oxford (BM BCh), surgical training in Cambridge and London (FRCS), Imperial College London (PhD), and UCL (Neuroscience), with over 17 years of experience .

Babar's commitment to advancing neurosurgery is deeply rooted in his personal and professional experience with the challenges of brain tumor resection. He leads technology development, clinical implementation, and overall project oversight at Neurolase.

Babar's dedication to improving patient outcomes is evident in his drive to make brain surgery safer and more accurate, ultimately aiming to prolong lives and improve the quality of life for those affected by brain cancer.
